I love to do black and whites. I say "do" because our modern digital cameras take pictures in color and then they have to be converted to black and white. Back in the day, black and white was all you could do if you wanted to develop your own film and make prints. It seems a bit anachronistic to go back to black and white, but the effect still has a special impact.

One of my specialties is printing in black and white using the techniques developed by noted photographer, Paul Roark. http://www.paulroark.com/ If you really like one of these images, consider a custom print. These will be made by me using low OBA paper and carbon inks. The resulting prints are gorgeous and of archival quality.
